From Good Counsel\'s Board member Mike O\'Rourke: Kevin F. O\'Rourke, 51 yrs. old (my youngest brother) - repose of soul and consolation to his wife Mary Lou, his sons Kevin, Brian & Sean and all the O\'Rourke family. Kevin died of a heart attack last night and, in the agreement of all his siblings, had more love in him than anyone! We will miss him. Eternal rest grant

Rec\'d this prayer request: Please add Msgr. Thomas McIntyre to the prayer list. He is pastor at Our Lady Star of The Sea, Camden Diocese, fell on the ice yesterday and hit his head. He got up, thought he was okay, but 2 hrs later, lost consciousness and underwent emergency brain surgery. The prognosis at this time does not look good.

Very thankful that the amniocentisis went well and that they got there in the bad weather. Now waiting for results to see if the baby girl contracted the virus. God has his plan- just let us all have the strength for whatever it is to be.

For my sister and her husband and their unborn daughter. The baby may have contracted a virus that can cause severe problems. The drs have suggested terminating the pregnancy but they won\'t do that. There is a chance that the baby didn\'t contract the virus and that is what we are praying for. If the baby did get the virus then we pray for strength for all involved.

My Lord and My God ,have mercy on the soul of my father who died with many siins on his soul not able to receive the sacraments of confession and Holy Communion. Dear Father: Please pray for my son Michael he has been on drugs for quite a while, he is going for help at the Mental Health Clinic, to receive Methoten, he is lieving in a shelter in Poughkeepsie NY and also going to Social Services but it is taking a long time for him to get housing they give him 360 witch he does not recieve he is suppost to look for a place to live, no one takes 360 for a room for a months rent they told him to get a room mate but he is haveing a had time, his things have been stolen, there not suppose to take there things in the shelter. Could you please let me know if he can visit with you as a catholic shelter.

Please pray for our niece, Mary and her 5 week old daughter, Lillian and 2 year old son, Robbie. Also pray for guidance for my husband and I who want to help her, but don\'t know where to begin.The children\'s father has abandoned Mary and Lillian and taken Robbie to TN with another woman. Mary has mental problems and mental disabilities but is so good hearted. Her mother (my husband\'s sister) recently died and her dad stole Mary\'s car and left the state. It sounds like a sad country and western, but there is so much more and all bad.

Elizabeth Andrews, 90, my wife Joan\'s mom, and Joan\'s sister, Miriam, were in an auto accident this morning with a few of Miriam\'s children. Grandma Andrews has a cracked rib. She and Miriam are in hospital for observation. The children appear fine and were not admited. Thankfully it wasn\'t worse. Pray all heal quickly and competely.
