In December of 2007, the Professor was requested by the Vatican, to come and play a private concert for Pope Benedict the XIV. Speaking of the experience brings tears to the Professors eyes, but that is not surprising. He is a man of great passion, and his music transcends words!.

Professor Sampietro is acclaimed in the "Who's Who in Music" and has played all over the world. A classical concert pianist, he graduated from The Mozarteum's Conservatory of Music in Salzburg. This wonderful concert was an experience I honesty cannot find the right words for, except to say, you don't listen, you "enter in to it".

Good Counsel homes were founded in 1985 by Fr. Benedict Groeschel and Christopher Bell to provide a haven of hope for single mothers who wanted to choose life for their babies. Through love, encouragement and specially designed programs, homeless, pregnant moms are given the chance to acquire life long skills enabling them to provide a stable home for themselves and their children.
