Temporary foster care

Occasionally we are in need of someone willing to open their heart and their home to care for a little one.  This could be either an infant or a toddler and usually the reason is that mom is in the hospital for a short stay of a week or two.  Your help at this time can insure that this child continues to receive individual 24-hour attention and care that is normally provided by mom and the house staff.  If you are at all interested in providing some special love just provide your name and email address below and we will be in touch to answer any questions you might have. Volunteer your time

We are always ready to welcome great volunteers! Donors and volunteers can join Good Counsel and help our families get a new start in life in a variety of ways, from the smallest details to the most complex. From fundraising and friend-raising to teaching, mentoring and sharing time and talents, plenty of volunteer opportunities exist in both the Good Counsel offices and residences. We are also in need of prayer volunteers.

Please be aware that Good Counsel will conduct background checks of our volunteers at our sole discretion.
