In Memory of Brian Duggan, beloved husband of Helen Alvare, your gift in his memory will share the gift of love he shared so joyfully and extensively as a husband, father, neighbor, co-worker and friend to so very many.

Brian was Executive Director of the National Committee For A Human Life Amendment.

He grew up in Silver Spring, MD and attended Villanova University and George Washington University for college and graduate school. For most of his career, he has been in government and congressional affairs. Over the years he has covered foreign trade and most recently pro-life, marriage, and conscience and religious freedom.

When his children were small he enjoyed coaching soccer, basketball and baseball. More recently he enjoyed tennis, fishing, gardening and birdwatching.

His dear wife would say he had an exceptional and special sense of humor.
